Dr. Sara Zadmehr is a board-certified orthodontist dedicated to providing comprehensive, airway-focused orthodontic care.
Her approach extends beyond straightening teeth to addressing the structural and functional foundations of facial development, breathing, and long-term stability.

Throughout her career, Dr. Zadmehr has developed advanced expertise in maxillary expansion and its relationship to functional breathing, craniofacial growth, and airway health.

Education & Experience
Dr. Zadmehr graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior. She then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA (Go Bruins!).
Dr. Zadmehr completed her specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, along with a Master of Science in Oral Biology, at Temple University in Philadelphia.

Outside the Office
Before pursuing dentistry, Dr. Zadmehr was a professional inline figure skater for ten years, and she even competed internationally! Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, practicing Pilates, spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and starting her mornings with a good iced coffee.
She is bilingual in English and Farsi, and she looks forward to helping you and your family unlock a lifetime of happy, healthy smiles and fantastic airway health!
